The CBR500R borrows its styling language from Honda's Fireblade, so it looks the part of a proper sports bike — but underneath, it's built to be genuinely liveable day to day. A twin-cylinder engine gives strong low-to-mid range performance rather than a peaky top end, running costs stay sensible, and it's approved for learner riders, so it works as both a first bike and a genuine weekend toy.

Sharp new headlights, fairing, and tail styling borrow directly from Honda's flagship Fireblade, giving the CBR500R real supersport presence.

A twin-cylinder engine focuses on strong low-to-mid-range power and torque, making the CBR500R easier to ride confidently than a peakier four-cylinder supersport.

A 5-inch full-colour TFT display with Honda RoadSync keeps the CBR500R's cockpit genuinely current, with connected features you wouldn't expect on an approachable learner-friendly sports bike.

An assist/slipper clutch lightens the lever and smooths out downshifts, making spirited riding noticeably easier to manage, especially for less experienced riders.
