The KLR650 is built for genuinely long-range adventure — a big 23-litre tank means fuel stops don't dictate the route, and long-travel Uni Trak rear suspension with adjustable rebound damping means it can keep going long after the road ends. It's LAMS approved too, so this level of genuine touring and off-road capability doesn't require waiting out a full licence first. You can easily navigate trails and cruise at highway speeds thanks to the KLR650's 652 cc four-valve single engine's flat power curve. Increased generator capacity and improved mid-range-focused performance satisfy the demands of riders embarking on an adventure.

The ACG's 26 A output is sufficient to power grip heaters, fog lamps, and other electrical accessories. Accessories can be powered by a total of 80 W (depending on usage).
