The Ninja 1100SX pairs genuine sport-bike performance with a riding position and equipment list built for covering real distance. A quick-shifter and a full electronic rider-aid suite mean it's sharp when you want to push on, while cruise control and a relaxed reach to the bars mean it doesn't punish you on the way to the good roads either.

The liquid-cooled, 4-stroke In-Line Four engine provides stronger low-to-mid rpm performance, which riders will notice and appreciate often, while maintaining robust high rpm performance to offer a well-rounded improvement in engine power feel and response.

Kawasaki's quick shifter and IMU-enhanced electronics package mean the 1100SX reads what the bike is actually doing and adjusts accordingly, not just what the throttle is asking for.

The Ninja 1100SX features a lightweight aluminum frame, an inverted front fork, and Horizontal Back-link rear suspension, along with a sport-inspired brake setup that includes triple discs, radial-mount calipers, and a radial-pump front master cylinder.

The Ninja 1100SX’s highly rigid aluminium frame offers a high degree of mass centralisation, offering a balance of agility and firm handling. The bike responds quickly to rider input while offering an excellent ability to soak up bumps and ruts. Highly composed, superb straight-line stability, and its planted feeling in corners make it easy to spend long hours in the saddle.

Supersport-style full-fairing bodywork gives the Ninja 1100SX a distinct, head-turning look. The sleek styling also offers a good measure of wind protection, facilitating short touring runs.

The wind protection afforded by the full-fairing bodywork is complemented by a windscreen with four available positions. Conveniently, the windscreen is adjustable by hand (without tools).

The relaxed riding position offers both control and comfort, making it suitable for city riding, touring, and sport riding. This combination enhances enjoyment across various situations. Added weight in the handlebars and heavier bar ends reduces vibration for a smoother ride.

Cruise control takes the edge off longer stretches, making the 1100SX a genuinely relaxed proposition on top of its sport-bike credentials.

A USB Type-C socket is now mounted on the left handlebar, offering riders a convenient power source.

Using the latest evolution of Kawasaki’s advanced modelling software and feedback from a compact IMU, KCMF monitors engine and chassis parameters throughout the corner – from entry, through the apex, to corner exit – modulating brake force and engine power to facilitate smooth transition from acceleration to braking and back again.

Three modes cover a wide range of riding conditions, offering either enhanced sport riding performance or enabling riders to negotiate low-traction surfaces with confidence.

Kawasaki's KCMF uses advanced modelling software and an IMU to monitor engine and chassis parameters, modulating brake force and engine power for smooth corner transitions.

Integrated riding modes combine Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC) and Power Modes for tailored traction and power delivery. Sport mode is ideal for winding roads, Road mode provides comfort across various conditions, and Rain mode enhances traction on wet surfaces.

The compact 4.3” all-digital TFT (thin-film transistor) colour instrumentation gives the cockpit a high-tech appearance. The screen’s background colour is selectable (black or white), and screen brightness adjusts automatically to suit available light.
