Reinforced Protection with Integrated High-Flow Ventilation

The Macna Livity Jeans deliver a technical approach to protective riding denim, combining high-strength materials with an airflow-focussed design. Engineered for commuters and road riders, these jeans feature a fully-woven Aramid denim construction for robust abrasion resistance without the bulk of traditional liners. Large mesh ventilation panels are strategically integrated into the chassis to ensure consistent cooling during warm-weather rides.

Key Features

• Aramid Denim Construction: Utilises a fully-woven Aramid denim material to provide high-level abrasion resistance across the entire garment.
• Mesh Ventilation Panels: Includes large, dedicated mesh sections to maximise airflow and maintain rider comfort in hot conditions.
• Adjustable Knee Protection: Features CE Level 1 protectors with an adjustable height system to ensure the armour aligns correctly with the rider's anatomy.
• Hip Armour Included: Comes equipped with CE Level 1 hip protectors as standard for comprehensive lower-body impact coverage.
• Backonnect Prepared: Includes a connection interface at the waist to allow for secure attachment to compatible Macna jackets.
• Internal Mesh Liner: Fitted with a breathable mesh lining to prevent the outer shell from sticking to the skin and to improve moisture management.

Safety and Construction

The Livity Jeans are engineered to meet CE Level A safety standards, balancing protective performance with everyday wearable comfort. The inclusion of height-adjustable knee armour allows riders to customise the fit based on their leg length or riding position, ensuring the protectors stay in place during a slide. By weaving the Aramid fibres directly into the denim, Macna has created a single-layer feel that maintains its structural integrity while remaining significantly more breathable than multi-layer alternatives.
